Replacement or Refund FORM

 

HOW TO PROCESS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDER

For replacements or refunds, the following information is required:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the defective product is required. Please take photos or video of all sides of the item, as it will be reviewed to determine if, in fact, the item was damaged or defective.
  • Indicate whether you want a replacement or refund

Our support team will review the photos/videos of the defective item. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with any relevant updates on the status for a full refund or replacement for the eligible product at no cost to you. In rare cases where sending a replacement is not possible, we will fully refund you for the eligible product.

* Please note that your replacement item will be the same product in the same size, no exceptions. *
