RETURN POLICY

Here at Circle of Zodiacs, we want you to enjoy your zodiac treasures. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If there's anything wrong or if you have any concerns about your purchase, simply reach out to our customer service team at sales@circleofzodiacs.com.

ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please submit a request within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests beyond this time frame.

ELIGIBILITY

Since each item from Circle of Zodiacs is made to order, our return policy only allows for replacements or full refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. You are eligible for replacements or full refunds at no cost to you in the following situations:

  • You submit your request within 30 days from the delivery date
  • The items are unwashed, and unworn
  • The items is significantly different from the description, or the preview shown to you
  • The items is damaged or defective
  • The items received is not what you ordered

*Please note that there may be a slight difference between the advertised images and the actual item you receive due to factors such as lighting during photo shooting or variations in monitor display. For any other cases not mentioned above, we may consider offering a partial refund, excluding the shipping costs.

REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED, for instances, where there may have been unintentional errors on the customer's part, such as incorrect selection of sizes, colors, incorrect shipping address etc. 

We kindly request that you carefully review your order before checking out to ensure its accuracy. Please be informed that by placing an order, you are accepting and agreeing to all the terms mentioned above.
