All items are made-to-order. When you place your order, we
print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!  

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping Times: 5-7 business days

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows an item has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly and follow their procedures for reporting lost packages. Please understand that Circle of Zodiacs has no control over and is not responsible for your package once we give it to our shipping carriers, but we will make every reasonable effort to ensure delivery of your package. If it’s determined that the order is undelivered due to a mistake on our behalf, we will either send you a replacement or a full refund of your choice. Circle of Zodiacs will not take responsibility if the order isn't delivered due to an incorrect address or if the recipient refuses/forwards it.

Please review the order confirmation email immediately after your order is placed to confirm that the shipping address and items ordered are correct and complete. If there are any issues, send an email to sales@circleofzodiacs.com as soon as possible. Changes can't be made once the order has shipped.
